Is DateGlow free?
Yes. Creating an account, a dating profile, 50 likes and 1 superlike a day, matching and chatting are free. Premium, superlike packs and listing run time are optional one-off purchases.
Does anything renew automatically?
No. Every purchase is a one-off payment for a fixed period or a fixed number of superlikes. When it ends, it ends.
Why is my photo not visible yet?
A moderator checks every photo first. Until then only you can see it. You get a notice when it is approved or not.
What is a superlike?
A superlike puts you at the top of the other member's deck and shows them that you superliked them. Free members get one a day; Premium members get five a day; packs add more.
How do I get the Verified badge?
In your profile, ask for a code, then take a selfie holding the code written on paper. A moderator compares it with your photos. The selfie is deleted once it has been checked.
Who can see companion listings?
Only signed-in members. Listings are never shown to search engines.
How do I advertise?
Open Advertise in the app, pass the selfie check, write your listing and add photos, then submit it for review. Once approved, it is visible while it has run time.
Do I pay DateGlow for a meeting?
No. DateGlow never takes payment for meetings. A booking request is only a request between you and the advertiser.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account, Settings, Delete account. Your account is deleted after 7 days; you can cancel within that time by signing in.
What happens when I block someone?
You disappear from each other's discover, likes, matches, messages and listings at once. Open booking requests between you are cancelled.
