These terms apply when you use DateGlow. By creating an account you accept them, the Community guidelines and, if you advertise, the Advertiser rules.

1. Who may use DateGlow

You must be 18 or older. You give your real date of birth when you register, and you keep one account only. We may close accounts that break these terms.

2. What DateGlow provides

DateGlow lets adults create dating profiles, like and match with each other and exchange messages, and lets selfie-verified advertisers publish companion listings that members can browse and send booking requests to.

DateGlow is a platform only. It does not arrange, take part in, or take payment for any meeting between members or with advertisers, and it does not check what happens at a meeting. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety; see our safety tips.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to what you post, and allow us to show it to other members for as long as it is on DateGlow. You confirm that it is yours, shows only you, and follows our rules. Moderators may refuse, remove or hide content, and suspend or ban accounts, when rules are broken.

4. Purchases

• Premium, superlike packs and listing run time are one-off purchases at the price shown when you confirm. Nothing renews automatically.
• Prices include VAT and are charged in euros through our payment provider's secure page. A US dollar figure, when shown, is a guide only.
• Because these are digital services that start as soon as you pay, you ask us to start straight away and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the service starts.
• If a purchase is refunded, what it gave (Premium time, unused superlikes, run time) is removed. See the Refund policy.

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account, Settings. It is deleted after 7 days unless you cancel. Paid time and unused superlikes are not refunded when you delete your account.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep DateGlow available and safe, but we cannot promise that it is always available or that every member is who they say they are. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We tell members in their account before an important change takes effect.
